How to buy Brussels Card
Buy Online
You can buy Brussels Card at Tiqets, along with other attractions in Belgium. Choose your card duration (24hrs, 48hrs, 72hrs) and preferred option (+ public transport or +Hop on Hop off buses).
Buy on the Brussels Card App
You can buy Brussels Card in Brussels Card Official App (IOS and Android). Your card is automatically validated in the app.
Buy at the Tourism Information Center
You can also buy Brussels Card at one of the Tourism Information desks. The most convenient one is located at the City Hall (the highest building in the Grand Place). Open daily 09:00-18:00.


How to use Brussels Card
Prepare your Brussels Card for use
You receive your card via email that you can then either print, keep on your mobile or upload in the Brussels Card App by scanning it or introducing its number.
If you bought Brussels Card at Tiqets, pick up your card by showing your smartphone voucher at the information desk in the City Hall or at the BIP (Rue Royale, 2, Brussels)
Activate
Activate your Brussels Card by scanning it at the first museum you visit. From this moment, you have access to all museums for 24, 48 or 72 hours
