The church is located at the north side of central Antwerp city, 10 minutes to walk from Grote Markt. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the church from Antwerp Central railway station.

From April 1 to October 31, the church is open every day from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
From November 1 to March 31, the church is only open on Saturdays and Sundays and during the holiday periods from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
