ADAM – Brussels Design Museum

Design from the 1950s to the present day

The Design Museum Brussels takes an imaginative and unexpected look at plastic design from the 1950s to the present day, as well as other forms of design, incorporating all eras, materials and themes.

The Design Museum Brussels aims to make contemporary design intelligible to everyone through its exhibits, guided tours, workshops and conferences.

Architecture

The architectural and scenographic project was conceived and carried out by the Lhoas & Lhoas Architects office, which called on the skills of Thierry Belenger (specialist in 20th century design) and Alexandra Midal (historian and theorist of design).

Interior furniture and lighting are provided by VITRA and DELTA LIGHT respectively.
